Family Therapy

Every family looks different as they each come in their own shape and size. Family therapy can involve Parents, Foster Parents, Grandparents, Guardians, Siblings and anyone else identified as serving in a family member role. Group Therapy

Group therapy is an opportunity to work on yourself while receiving and giving support from others like you. In the group setting your therapist will walk you through the journey of healing while you gain insight into your own story, as well as a supportive community from your peers.

Due to the world wide pandemic of Covid-19, individual telehealth therapy is available. Telehealth therapy takes place on a secure online platform where you will see your therapist over video, as opposed to in the office.
